Here's my fun little satire/parody on the fashion world, fashion magazines, advertisements, media, etc etc.
The model is Yasmin from Ozmodels.com. This was my first time ever working with a real model who is not a friend, so I was really nervous and awkward when I was taping on the top of her dress. But she was a good model, and it was a fun and successful shoot.
Anyway, I made the dress myself, out of a stack of ads and fashion spreads from magazines. The skirt part of the dress was time-consuming and annoying to make (lots of scrunching up and taping!). The top gave Yasmin & I time to socialize as I was sticking black electric tape on her.
